Mini Squad:

1-2 sessions of 45 min: Tuesday + Thursday 3.30 - 4.15 pm

Average age: 8 - 10 years old

If you swim 1 x week in Jnr Dolphins in term 4 2020, there is option to do a term in Stroke 200 Class.

Squad Objectives

• 400 Freestyle
• 200 kick
• 8 x 50 Freestyle on 1.15 min
• 50 butterflies
• 100 IM

• Turns / Starts
• Club nights
• League Races
• Meet (local)

Mini Squad swimmers get selected from our stroke development groups.

They are our entry level group into Comet's squad pathway.

Our coaches have final discretion in assigning swimmers to a squad.
